2. Bookings: To book any of our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the items to be transported or stored. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
3. Payment: Payment for our services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
4. Cancellation and Refunds: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if notice is not provided within this time frame. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to a processing fee.
5. Liability: We take every precaution to ensure the safe transportation and storage of your items, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the process. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance for your items.
6. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of Pack N Move Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kuwait. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Kuwait.
